Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling, according to multiple reports.

As per CaughtOffside among others, the deal between the two clubs is ‘all agreed’.

Sterling has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in recent days although a fee had yet to be decided upon between City and the Blues, but it now appears that the deal is close to being complete.

Thomas Tuchel is believed to be keen to add the Englishman to his squad and has reportedly even contacted the player personally.

Sterling could be on his way to Chelsea

One target that won’t be joining Chelsea this summer is Richarlison, however, as rivals Tottenham Hotspur have agreed a deal for the Brazilian, whilst fellow Brazil international Raphinha also looks to have snubbed the Blues in favour of a move to Barcelona.

Sterling will arrive in west London having scored 131 goals and provided 95 assists in 339 games for the Citizens, as well as winning 12 trophies including four Premier League titles.

The 27-year-old struggled for game time during the latter part of last season though, and is rumoured to be keen on the idea of becoming a star player at Chelsea.
