Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has targeted success on the European stage having already won the Premier League title in his first season in charge, however, he will have to do some big business to ensure he has a capable side.

As well as bringing in the big names, the Blues will have to keep hold of their own. However, after increasing speculation that star man Eden Hazard could be on his way to back-to-back Champions League winners Real Madrid, it seems the west Londoners are getting nervous.

According to reports from The Sun, amidst fears of losing Hazard Conte has already lined up a move for Napoli forward Lorenzo Insigne as a replacement for the Frenchman.

The Italian international enjoyed an outstanding campaign last time out, scoring 20 goals in all competitions from the left-wing, assisting a further 12.

Furthermore, should the 26-year-old manage to fill the boots of Hazard, it could well serve as great business for the champions given a deal for the Napoli man is rumoured to be around £45m, less than half the £100m the Blues are supposedly going to net for Hazard.
