Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Italy international forward Antonio Candreva, according to The Sun.

The Premier League champions, who have already signed goalkeeper Willy Caballero (Manchester City), defender Antonio Rudiger (AS Roma), midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko (AS Monaco) and striker Alvaro Morata (Real Madrid) this summer, have been freshly linked with a move for the Inter Milan winger ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

The 30-year-old, who has 47 international caps for the Azzurri, scored eight goals and provided 11 assists in 45 appearances in all competitions for the Serie A outfit.

Candreva, who arrived at the San Siro back in August 2016 from Italian rivals Lazio, is one of four further transfer targets Blues boss Antonio Conte has identified this summer transfer window.

The wideman, who has previously played for the likes of Udinese, Juventus, Parma, Livorno and Cesena, scored the only goal of the game when Inter faced fellow Premier League club Southampton in the UEFA Europa League last October at the San Siro.
