Last season’s PFA Player of the Year may have started the season slowly at Stamford Bridge, but he was on song for Belgium as they claimed two vital wins over the international break. Having sealed a 3-1 win over Bosnia on Thursday with a late penalty, Hazard netted the late winner in Cyprus to keep his side second in Group B, and keep the champagne on ice across Wales. Chelsea fans will be hoping Hazard can take his international form into the Premier League.
