Crystal Palace plot £500,000 raid for League One playmaker

Crystal Palace are reportedly considering launching a £500,000 bid to land League One ace Erhun Oztumer.

The Premier League side, who currently sit tenth in the standings after their opening 13 league games, have been scouting the Peterborough United midfielder’s impressive displays so far this campaign.

Peterborough United midfielder Erhun Oztumer has already scored four goals and assisted another four in League One this season.

The 24-year-old, who only arrived at London Road from Dulwich Hamlet last June, has impressivelky scored four and assisted four goals in just nine league games for Peterborough so far this season.

Oztumer, who is only 5ft 3in tall, previously hit a sensational 61 goals in 97 games during his non-league spell with Dulwich Hamlet, alerting Posh’s scouts last summer to his undoubted potential.
