This Saturday sees a highly anticipated London derby between Crystal Palace and West Ham United take place at Selhurst Park.

Both sides are flying high with the Eagles currently fourth, and their bubble blowing rivals just a point behind in sixth.

With the usual European suspects struggling, Palace and the Hammers will want to grab their chance of breaking into that lucrative Premier League top seven, after only managing to finish in 10th and 12th place respectively last season.

We’ve put together a possible combined XI of the two teams, and it’s an exciting (yet maybe controversial) one…

GK: Wayne Hennessey (Crystal Palace)

The Welsh shot stopper has arguably had the best moment of his career this past week as Wales ended their 57-year wait to qualify for a major tournament, their last was the 1958 World Cup. But make no mistake, the keeper isn’t in the side on merit; in his last seven appearances for club and country he has kept a clean sheet on five occasions, including Palace’s last two games, away to Watford and at home to West Brom. Whether he’ll be suffering from Wales’ Euro 2016 qualifying campaign party, we’ll have to wait and see.
