Shoot! would like to wish Paul Pogba many happy returns as the Manchester United midfielder celebrates his 25th birthday this evening!

The France international, who has 49 international caps for his country, will hopefully be in higher spirits tonight, following him and his team mates’ exit from the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night to Sevilla.

Pogba, who re-joined The Red Devils back in August 2016 following his reported club-record £89.3m switch from Juventus, has scored three goals and provided 10 assists in 27 appearances in all competitions for Jose Mourinho’s side, who sit second in the Premier League standings.

Despite being knocked out of the European elite tournament earlier this week, the central midfielder will be celebrating his 25th birthday tonight, before switching focus to preparing for Saturday night’s FA Cup quarter-final clash against Brighton and Hove Albion.

Pogba has scored 12 goals in 85 games overall for United, during his two spells at Old Trafford so far.
