Everton have agreed a deal to make Ronald Koeman their new manager, according to BBC Sport.
The Toffees, who finished 11th in the Premier League standings this season, are thought to have finalised a compensation package in the region of £5m with Southampton for the Dutchman.

Former boss Roberto Martinez was sacked less than a month ago back in early-May, with Everton instantly making the Saints man their number one managerial target under new majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri.
It is understood that Everton have offered the ex-Ajax, Benfica and Valencia boss a whopping £6m annual salary, plus around £100m to spend in the current summer transfer window ahead of the 2016/17 campaign.
The 53-year-old, who arrived at St Mary’s Stadium back in June 2014 after succeeding Mauricio Pochettino, guided Southampton to a sixth-place finish last season – their best-ever result in the Premier League.
Meanwhile his new club finished five places below and 16 points adrift in the league standings.
Other than Koeman; ex-Ajax boss Frank de Boer, former Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini, Sevilla’s Unai Emery and old employee David Moyes were linked with the managerial vacancy.
