Everton, Newcastle United, Watford and West Ham United are all reportedly interested in snapping up Leeds United ace Sam Byram in January.

The Premier League quartet have been monitoring the right-back’s situation at the Championship club this campaign, who has recently rejected a new deal at Elland Road and is out of contract this summer.

The 22-year-old, who has been with Leeds since he was 12-years-old, has scored three goals and assisted one other in 20 league games for Steve Evans’ side so far this season.

Any prospective transfer for Byram, who is rated at around £2m by the Whites, will involve a compensation fee to the Whites as the defender is under the age of 24.
