FC Barcelona are reportedly eyeing a summer move for Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata, according to the Daily Mail.
The La Liga giants are interested in signing the Premier League ace at the end of the current campaign, with the report suggesting the Catalan club and the player’s representatives have already met in previous months.
The 27-year-old, who has 37 international caps for Spain, has scored six goals and provided seven assists in 33 appearances in all competitions for Louis van Gaal’s side this season.
Mata, who cost United a whopping £37m two years ago from Chelsea, is contracted at Old Trafford until June 2018.
