Four players Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta could sign this summer, according to the Express.

Spaniard Arteta will be seeing this summer as his first full transfer window, having had very little time to prepare for any acquisitions in January.

He has also had time to have a proper look at his squad and work out what positions he needs to strengthen and target players to bring in.

The Express have named four players who could be making their way to the Emirates this summer.

Thomas Partey

The 26-year-old has played 172 matches for Atletico Madrid and is a key player for boss Diego Simeone. However, it’s claimed the Gunners are aware of Partey’s release clause and are considering paying that in an attempt to land the defensive midfielder.

Willian

Willian has been linked with many clubs in the last 12 months or so, Barcelona being one of them. However, the Brazilian winger is enjoying life in London and at 31-years-old still has plenty to offer in the Premier League.

Federico Chiesa

It’s not just Arsenal who have been linked with Chiesa this summer. The Italian international, who is currently playing his football with Serie A outfit Fiorentina this campaign. The 22-year old has scored six goals and provided five assists this campaign.

Layvin Kurzawa

Paris Saint-Germain left back is another player, like Willian who is out of contract this summer. Arsenal were actually linked with a move for the France international back in January but couldn’t get the deal over the line.
