Incredible talent spotted by Mikel Arteta could cause Mesut Ozil further problems at Arsenal, according to the Daily Star.

Gunners fans will be delighted to see that the talent in question is actually one of their own in the way of Joe Willock.

The 20-year-old has impressed in two behind-closed-doors friendlies for Arsenal in the last week, ahead of the Premier League returning next Wednesday evening.

Arsenal are one of the first games scheduled as they face off against current Premier League champions, Manchester City at the Etihad.

Arteta will definitely be considering Willock for a starting place in the midfield, given his clear form and the squad being quite short in that area already.

The Daily Star have reported that the young Englishman has much more energy to get up and down the pitch than Arsenal’s highest paid player Ozil, and therefore could be the preferred option against City and for the remainder of the season.
