Manchester United defender Chris Smalling is wanted by both West Ham United and West Bromwich Albion this summer, according to The Sun.

The Premier League side, who face Eredivisie outfit Ajax in the 2017 UEFA Europa League final tonight in Sweden, have been linked with offloading the England international ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

The 27-year-old, who has 30 international caps for the Three Lions, has scored two goals and provided one assist in 35 appearances in all competitions for The Red Devils this season.

Smalling, who arrived at Old Trafford back in January 2010 following his move from Championship club Fulham, has racked up 242 games for United overall, winning two Premier League titles, the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and three FA Community Shields.

However, the report suggests manager Jose Mourinho is willing to let the England centre-half leave The Theatre of Dreams this summer, with both West Ham and West Brom emerging as the early frontrunners.
