Torino striker Andrea Belotti is set to be offered a new bumper deal by the Italian side amid interest from both Arsenal and Liverpool, according to reports from Tuttosport (via Calciomercato).
The 22-year-old, who has been linked with the Premier League duo, has began the season with a sensational run scoring five goals in as many games – with two assists to boot, and is set for a pay rise as Torino president Urbano Cairo looks to tie down his forward.
The new deal will reportedly contain a mammoth €60m release clause, meaning that the Premier League rivals will have to splash the cash to land their man.
After repeated calls for the Gunners to land a striker this summer, Wenger brought in Lucas Perez from Deportivo La Coruna, however – partially due to injury – he is yet to make his mark.
Meanwhile on Merseyside, Klopp may well be looking for a new man to lead the line with Daniel Sturridge seemingly out-of-favour at the moment.
