Swindon won for the first time in four matches as they came from 2-0 down to beat Southend 4-2 at the County Ground.

The visitors thought they had the game wrapped up within the opening 15 minutes as they went 2-0 up through Tyrone Barnett and Adam Thompson.

Yet, the two sides went into the break at 2-2; Nicky Ajose and Jon Obika with two quick-fire strikes just before the break.

Then, after the interval, the strike duo then doubled their tallies to ensure the Robins ran out 4-2 winners.

Millwall are only three points off of the play-offs as they took advantage of the FA Cup fixtures with a 2-1 win at Oldham.

Lee Gregory put the Lions in front within the first two minutes of the match, before Mike Jones found the back of the net with a superb free-kick to level the scores.

But with five minutes left to play, a late header from Steve Morison following a Shane Ferguson cross saw the visitors take the spoils, as they moved up to seventh, leaving the hosts in 22nd.

Chesterfield held on to win 3-2 at Rochdale to move five points clear of the relegation zone.

Jay O’Shea’s well-timed finish put the away side in the lead at half-time, before Ian Henderson’s header made it 1-1.

But further strikes from Lee Novak and Sylvan Ebanks-Blake gave the Spireites victory, despite Rhys Bennett pulling one back for the home team.

Port Vale are now 10th after a 1-0 win at struggling Blackpool.

AJ Leitch-Smith scored the game’s only goal in a hard-fought contest when he forced the ball over the line during a goal-mouth scramble.
