Leicester City are reportedly interested in signing £16m-rated Austria international Aleksandar Dragovic.

The Premier League side, who sit level on points with league leaders Arsenal at the top of the table heading into the New Year, are poised to make a January swoop for the Dinamo Kiev centre-half.

The 24-year-old, who has 43 international caps for his country, has scored once in 23 appearances in all competitions for the Premier Liga outfit this season, netting his side’s consolation effort against Chelsea during their UEFA Champions League defeat (2-1) back in November.

Following reports of the Foxes’ interest in Dragovic; especially with Claudio Ranieri’s side negotiating the £7.3m sale of fellow defender Yohan Benalouane to Sampdoria, Kiev are understood to have quoted Leicester £16m for their prized asset.
