Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is reportedly lining up a move for Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell this summer, according to the Telegraph.

The England Under-21 international has been identified as a priority signing for the German boss this summer, especially following Alberto Moreno’s disappointing performance in the Europa League final defeat to Sevilla on Wednesday.

Chilwell has only made three appearances for the 2015/16 Premier League champions, but despite being offered a new £18,000-a-week deal with the east Midlands outfit, he is already in demand with rivals Arsenal already understood to have had two bids for the 19-year-old rejected in January, with the highest of those said to have been £5million plus £2million in add-ons.

Klopp is keen to get his summer transfer business done early, but the full-back is currently away on international duty with Gareth Southgate’s side in Toulon, impressing in the young Three Lions’ 1-0 win against Portugal on Thursday,
