Liverpool look to have reportedly reignited their interest in signing Brazil Under-23 international star Anderson Talisca this summer, according to Takvim.

The Premier League side, who slumped to a late 2-2 draw at home to AFC Bournemouth in midweek, have continually been linked with a move for the Benfica midfielder, who is currently on loan with Besiktas.

The 23-year-old, who has featured four times for Brazil’s Under-23 side, has scored 10 goals and provided five assists in 25 appearances in all competitions for the Turkish outfit so far this season.

However Talisca, who joined Besiktas back in August 2016, is thought to be too expensive for his current loanee club, as they cannot afford his £21m release clause.

This is where The Reds step in, with manager Jurgen Klopp thought to be keen on luring the Brazilian to Anfield ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

The attacking midfielder won back-to-back Primeira Liga titles with Benfica in 2014-15 and 2015-16.
