Three Premier League clubs are closely monitoring former Spain Under-21 international goalkeeper Antonio Adan, according to AS (via the International Business Times).

The likes of Liverpool, Southampton and Sunderland have all been reportedly linked with future moves for the impressive shot stopper, who is enjoying a superb 2015-16 campaign between the sticks for Real Betis.

The 28-year-old, who began his youth career at Spanish giants Real Madrid, has kept eight clean sheets in 23 league appearances for the La Liga outfit so far this season.

The report claims that Adan, who joined Real Betis from Italian club Cagliari back in January 2014, has a buy-out clause of £6.2m in his current contract at the Estadio Benito Villamarin and that he is expected to leave this summer.

Adan made 18 first-team appearances for Real Madrid between 2010 and 2013 at the Bernabeu, keeping eight shut outs, before leaving his homeland for Serie A back in September 2013 after his contract was terminated with the Galacticos.
