Liverpool are reportedly willing to offload England international striker Daniel Sturridge before the close of the January transfer window, according to Sky Sports.

The Premier League side, who visit rock-bottom Swansea City on Monday night (20:00), have been linked with loaning out or selling the forward this month, having fallen out of favour under manager Jurgen Klopp.

The 28-year-old, who has 26 international caps for the Three Lions, has scored three goals and provided three assists in 14 appearances in all competitions for The Reds so far this season.

However Sturridge, who arrived at Anfield back in January 2013 following his £12m move from Premier League rivals Chelsea, has started just five league games for the Merseyside outfit this campaign.

The report suggests Liverpool boss Klopp will allow the striker to leave the club during this transfer window, with Serie A side Inter Milan and La Liga club Sevilla interested in his services.

Sturridge has scored 64 goals in 133 appearances overall for Liverpool, and the club would want around £35m to seal a permanent transfer for the England international.

Liverpool have completed seven January transfers so far, including the £142m sale of Philippe Coutinho to FC Barcelona, though defender Virgil van Dijk from Southampton remains the only addition to Klopp’s squad so far this month.
