Liverpool, West Ham United and Southampton are all targeting a move for Borussia Dortmund winger Jakub Blaszczykowski, according to SportoWeFakty (in Polish), via Read Bundesliga.

The 30-year-old has been at Dortmund since 2007, but after spending the second half of the 2015/16 campaign on loan at Serie A side Fiorentina, he could leave the German giants on a permanent basis this summer with his last few seasons affected by a series of injuries.

The Poland international is understood to be keen on a move to the Premier League, which has alerted the aforementioned trio of clubs, all of which are said to be looking to strengthen in wide areas, although there is also interest from Bundesliga duo Hertha Berlin and Wolfsburg.

However, Liverpool have already signed Sadio Mane from Southampton, who in turn brought in Nathan Redmond from Norwich, while West Ham have added Sofiane Feghouli and Gokhan Tore to their ranks.

Blaszczykowski has made 252 appearances in all competitions for Dortmund since making the move from Wisla Krakow nine years ago, scoring 32 goals.
