Jurgen Klopp is in the market for new players.

Liverpool’s first Premier League title also sees them leapfrog arch-rivals Manchester United as England’s most successful team.

Chelsea beating Manchester City 2-1 at Stamford Bridge last night, saw Liverpool win their first ever Premier League title and their first league championship in 30 years.

It was a much-deserved title for Jurgen Klopp and his players with the Reds a staggering 23 points ahead of City with seven games remaining.

What must be remembered is there was football before the Premier League started in 1992, so although it’s their first Premier League trophy it’s the club’s 19th top division league title.

United themselves have actually won 20 league titles, however when you take into account other major club trophies the Red Devils now sit one behind Liverpool.

However, that could all change again at the end of this season as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are still in the FA Cup and are have one foot in the Europa League quarter finals.
