Man City manager Pep Guardiola in considering a January reunion with former Barcelona midfielder, Cesc Fabregas, who has fallen out-of-favour at Chelsea.

The former Arsenal man, who played a crucial role in Chelsea’s 2014/15 Premier League title win, has started just one game in the league under Conte this season, the 3-0 defeat at the hands of his former club.

Now, according to reports from The Sun, Guardiola is considering a move for the 29-year-old, who he bought back to the Nou Camp from The Emirates in 2o11, where the midfielder won a league title, the Copa Del Rey, three Spanish Super Cups and one FIFA Club World Cup.

As per The Sun’s report, the Sky Blues boss is prepared to stump up £20m for his compatriot as well as offering to improve upon his £160k-a-week wage at Stamford Bridge.

With Yaya Toure seemingly destined for the door marked ‘Exit’ at The Etihad, the former Bayern Munich boss is reportedly concerned by the lack of creativity from his midfielders and thus wants to add quickly.
