Manchester City have reportedly been quoted £30m if they want to sign Spain international Isco this month.

The Premier League giants, who defeated Watford 2-1 on Saturday to remain three points behind league leaders Arsenal, are readying a January move for the Real Madrid star during the mid-season transfer window.

The 23-year-old, who has 12 international caps for the defending European champions, has scored three and assisted eight goals in 20 appearances in all competitions for the La Liga outfit this season.

However Isco, who could be reunited with City boss Manuel Pellegrini following their time together at Spanish rivals Malaga, is growing increasingly frustrated at his lack of first-team opportunities under Madrid boss Rafael Benitez this term.

Isco arrived at the Bernabeu from Malaga in a deal worth £23 back in 2013.
