Manchester United and Manchester City are reportedly ready to go head-to-head in the race to sign young Anderlecht midfielder Youri Tielemans.
The 18-year-old is one of the most highly-rated teenagers in the world at the moment, and his form has caught the attentions of many of the top clubs across Europe, including the Manchester duo and Barcelona.
He became the youngest Belgian to appear in the Champions League when he was aged just 16 years and 148 days, and is already valued at around £30m.
Despite his tender years, Tielemans has made more than 100 appearances in all competitions for Anderlecht, scoring 13 goals.
