Manchester United will hope to kickstart their season when they host rivals Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday.
The Red Devils have lost twice in their first four league games so far this term and also exited the Carabao Cup at the hands of League Two side Grimsby Town last month.
Head coach Ruben Amorim is under increasing pressure to turn his side’s fortunes around, and they boast a relatively impressive record against the Blues at Old Trafford.
In the meantime, though, it has emerged that one of United’s most experienced players could be looking for a move away from the club.
As per Mundo Deportivo via CaughtOffside, veteran midfielder Casemiro could be tempted by a move to Saudi Arabia.
The report claims that Pro League side Al-Nassr are showing interest in the Brazilian, and are prepared to do whatever it takes to lure him to the Middle East.
Casemiro, 33, joined the Red Devils from Real Madrid back in 2022 and has since played 129 times for the club.
He has featured in all four of United’s Premier League games so far this season and remains a key player under Amorim, but the report claims that he could be tempted by interest from Saudi.
The Brazil international’s contract is set to expire at the end of the current campaign, but the report suggests that United will not stand in the player’s way if a suitable offer is tabled and he wishes to depart Old Trafford.
It is also claimed that Al-Nassr are keen to reunite Casemiro with former Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo, who is the most high profile of several big stars to have moved to the Pro League over the past few years.
