Manchester United open talks over £30m deal for Valencia midfielder Carlos Soler

Manchester United have reportedly begun negotiating a potential deal to sign Spain Under-21 international midfielder Carlos Soler, according to The Sun.
The Premier League side, who surprisingly suffered a 2-1 defeat at newly promoted Huddersfield Town on Saturday in the top-flight, have been linked with the highly rated Valencia star ahead of the upcoming January transfer window.
The 20-year-old, who has featured four times for Spain’s Under-21 side, has scored one goal and provided four assists in nine league appearances for the La Liga outfit so far this season.
Soler, who joined the Spanish side when he was just eight-years-old, has netted four goals in 35 first-team outings overall for Valencia.

The report suggests the central midfielder has a buyout clause worth a whopping £75m, but The Red Devils have begun talks about a £30m deal for the Spanish prospect.
United are moving swiftly for Soler, hoping to complete a deal before the start of the 2018-19 campaign, with the likes of Marouane Fellaini, Ander Herrera and Michael Carrick all out of contract in the summer.
