Manchester United are reportedly considering offering former Manchester City starlet Omar Elabdellaoui a return to English football on deadline day, according to the Daily Mail.
The 13-time Premier League giants, who have drawn Shrewsbury Town in the fifth-round of the FA Cup, have been offered the Olympiacos full-back on loan for the remainder of the campaign.
The 24-year-old, who has 21 international caps for Norway, has made 21 appearances in all competitions for the Greek outfit this season.
Elabdellaoui; who came through fierce rivals Man City youth ranks, would cost United an initial £2.5m loan fee, with a £7.5m permanent obligation fee that will trigger if the defender plays a set amount of games for Louis van Gaal’s side.
