Manchester United are reportedly lining up a £30 million bid for Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu.
The 21-year-old has made an impressive start to the season for the Bundesliga outfit, scoring five goals in 11 appearances, as well as picking up one assist.
The form on the Turkey international has caught the attention of many of the top clubs across Europe, including the current Premier League leaders, with Louis van Gaal keen to further boost his squad in January.
Calhanoglu, who is known for his expertise at set pieces, has scored 18 goals in 58 appearances in all competitions for Leverkusen since his move from Hamburg in 2014.
