Manchester United told it will cost them £44million to sign Everton target Hirving Lozano this summer, according to Gazzetta dello Sport

The Napoli winger is said to be on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s radar as well as their cross-city neighbours Everton with Carlo Ancelotti interested in Lozano.

At 24-years-old, Lozano has many of his best years in front of him and has been valued at £44million by Napoli, having singed the player from PSV Eindhoven just last summer.

Ancelotti wants to take Everton to the next level.

He’s an attacking winger who plays for his national side Mexico, offering bags of pace and an eye for a goal and an assist. However, he’s struggled to perform on a consistent basis in Serie A.

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer won’t have it all his own way though, as Everton seem to be very ambitious with their plans under their new boss.
