One of the most sought after players on the planet, Antoine Griezmann has – according to reports from French outlet L’Equipe – sacked his agency and opted to represent himself going forward.

The news will have turned the heads of Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte who, despite the France international having signed a new contract, are both reportedly interested in striking a deal for the Atletico Madrid man.

The 25-year-old, who impressed scouts this summer scoring six for his national side and winning the Golden Boot at the European Championships, had been represented by Spanish agency, Grupo Santos, however he has elected to take matters of his future into his own hands.

The former Real Sociedad man has bagged 59 goals in 110 appearances for the red and white half of Madrid since joining the club in 2014, and would be a real marquee signing for any club in world football.

The winger, who has a reported £85.5m release clause in his new contract at the Vicente Calderon, and was also linked with Arsenal over the summer as they scrapped for a forward.
