Newcastle United are reportedly ready to revive their interest in Ukraine international Andriy Yarmolenko.
The Premier League outfit, who slumped to rock-bottom in the table nearly a fortnight ago after their 6-1 humiliation at leaders Manchester City, were understood to be offered the Dynamo Kiev midfielder during the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old, who has 53 international caps to his name, has already scored eight goals in 13 appearances in all competitions for the Ukrainian Premier League side this season.
Magpies boss Steve McClaren is desperate for some quality reinforcements at St James’ Park during the January transfer window, with Yarmolenko believed to be a top priority this New Year.
