The Serbian has had a difficult start to life in the Premier League, and it won’t surprise Newcastle fans to learn that Mitrovic was booked in the qualifying win over Armenia last Friday. The striker fared better in midweek, however, scoring against France in a 2-1 friendly defeat in Bordeaux as he diverted Lazar Markovic’s shot past Hugo Lloris.
