Crystal Palace have been linked with a club-record move for Borussia Dortmund forward Adrian Ramos.

Having already shelled out a club-record fee of £10m to bring former Newcastle United midfielder Yohan Cabaye back to the Premier League from Paris-Saint Germain earlier this summer, the Eagles are now reportedly interested in Dortmund’s £14m rated striker Ramos.

The 29-year-old, who has 35 international caps for Colombia, scored six goals in 29 appearances in all competitions for the Bundesliga outfit last season.

With Queens Park Rangers’ star striker Charlie Austin increasingly likely to choose between Chelsea or Tottenham Hotspur this summer, Palace boss Alan Pardew has switched his attention to the Colombian hitman in search of strengthening their attacking options ahead of the new Premier League season.
