Tottenham forward Vincent Janssen suffered memory loss during the Netherlands’ 1-1 draw with Belgium on Tuesday night.
The 22-year-old, who won his 10th international cap in midweek, collided with Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet after just 12 minutes at the Amsterdam ArenA, before being substituted in the 21st minute.
Janssen, who joined Spurs from AZ Alkmaar back in July following his reported £17m move, was replaced by Bas Dost, before Oranje manager Danny Blind later explained the striker suffered memory loss.

He said, via Sky Sports, “Vincent is going to be a very difficult story.
“The physician told me it is a concussion. He lost 20 minutes of his memory and doesn’t know what happened.
“We have to be careful with that and talk it through.”
The Dutchman has scored three goals and provided two assists in 17 appearances in all competitions for Tottenham so far this season, with Mauricio Pochettino’s men currently occupying fifth spot in the Premier League following Sunday’s North London derby draw (1-1) at Arsenal.
