Leicester City have reportedly increased their offer for Italy international forward Eder to £10m, according to the Daily Mail.

The surprise Premier League leaders, who convincingly defeated Stoke City 3-0 at the weekend, had an initial £7.95m offer rejected by Italian side Sampdoria for their striker earlier this month.

The 29-year-old, who has eight international caps for his country, has scored an impressive 12 goals in 19 league games for the Serie A outfit this season.

Eder, who is also reportedly attracting interest from Italian rivals Inter Milan, will be offered a three-year contract at the King Power Stadium should he agree to join Claudio Ranieri’s men before Monday’s deadline (23:00 GMT).
