Chelsea’s fine form has been in no small part due to the role played by the Belgian midfielder.

Having had a disappointing campaign last season, Hazard has found a new lease of life under Conte.

The engine room in the Blues’ midfield, his performance against Everton was simply remarkable as he bagged a brace and ran the Toffees ragged.

Chelsea are genuine title contenders now and Hazard is a big part of the reason why.

In a tight battle at the top of the Premier League, October and November have seen Conte’s men lay down several markers to the chasing pack.

Their two home wins have been hugely impressive. On Bonfire night, they were to Everton what flames are to a guy, as the rampant Stamford Bridge side won 5-0.

They ended the month being the first team to inflict a league defeat on Tottenham Hotspur, but perhaps most notably, they grinded out a 1-0 win at struggling Middlesbrough the week before.

There were doubts about Conte when he first started in West London, but since their 3-0 defeat at Arsenal in September, the Italian’s men have picked up maximum points and conceded just a solitary goal.

Goal of the Month: Pedro (CHELSEA vs Tottenham – November 26, 2016)

A hat-trick of honours for Chelsea! Winger Pedro takes home the Goal of the Month award after his stunning strike against Tottenham at Stamford Bridge last weekend.

The 29-year-old equalised for the hosts on the stroke of half-time, which cancelled out Christian Eriksen’s early opener for Spurs, before wing-back Victor Moses stole the show and ultimately all three points with the winner just six minutes later.
