Tottenham are reportedly mulling over a move for Lille ace Sofiane Boufal.
It is thought that the Premier League outfit have already sent out scouts to watch the young midfielder in action and are likely to return to France this weekend in order to take a final look at the player before the close of the transfer window on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old, who is yet to make his international debut for Morocco, scored seven goals in 34 appearances in all competitions for the Ligue 1 outfit last season.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino sees Boufal as the ideal attacking midfielder to provide competition with Christian Eriksen in the centre of the park, although the Denmark international has also been linked with a move to Serie A champions Juventus this summer.
Tottenham are also expected to seal the signing of Son Heung-Min from Bayer Leverkusen before September 1.
