Sunderland and Norwich target January move for 10-goal striker

Sunderland and Norwich City are reportedly ready to bid £6.5 million for Utrecht striker Sebastien Haller.

Both sides are currently in the bottom three of the Premier League and are looking to boost their attacking options during the January transfer window, with their top scorers – Jermain Defoe and Nathan Redmond respectively – having four goals to their name.

The duo have now been heavily linked with a move for the attacker, who has scored 10 goals for the Eredivisie outfit this term.

Haller joined Utrecht from Auxerre on a permanent deal in the summer after scoring 11 goals in 17 appearances during a loan spell last season.
