Swansea have reportedly entered the race to sign Chelsea striker Loic Remy on loan.
The Frenchman is believed to be available on a temporary basis in January after becoming increasingly frustrated with his lack of game time at Stamford Bridge.
And although they have yet to appoint a new manager, the South Wales side, who sit outside the drop zone on goal difference, have expressed their interest in taking the 28-year-old from the Blues.
However, they will face competition from a number of top-flight clubs, including Crystal Palace, Aston Villa and former club Newcastle United.
