Swansea City have reportedly seen a club-record bid turned down for Italy international striker Manolo Gabbiadini.
The Premier League side, who are still without a permanent manager and currently sit two points above the bottom three in the standings, were understood to have submitted a £14.1m offer for the Napoli hitman earlier this week.
The 24-year-old, who has six international caps for his country, has scored five goals in 13 appearances in all competitions for the Serie A outfit this season.
Gabbiadini, who is also said to be interesting Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund, will reportedly be sold this month if a club meets Napoli’s £16m asking price.
