7. Wes Hoolahan (Norwich)
The 33-year-old has had a sparkling start to the 2014/15 season. In his six appearances to date, the Republic of Ireland international has scored once and created 13 chances for his team-mates. He has produced the most assists in the division with five to date and also has a pass accuracy average of 86% – not bad for someone who’d in the team to try and play those killer balls. If the former Blackpool star can maintain this kind of form it could be enough to keep his club in the top flight come May.
