With the last international break of 2020 over, the Premier League returns this weekend with Manchester United taking on West Bromwich Albion at Old Trafford (Saturday 8pm).

After impressively beating Everton in their last league match, the Red Devils will see this as the perfect fixture to pick up another three points.

Albion have yet to win on their return to the top-flight but are just a point outside the bottom three having drawn three and lost five of their opening eight games.

United swept Everton aside 3-1 last time out.

The return of club football also means millions of players will be thinking about who select in their Fantasy Premier League teams this weekend.

So whether you’ve had a good, bad or indifferent start, we thought we’d give you some advice ahead of Matchweek 9.

With that in mind, here’s three Manchester United stars who we think could secure vital FPL points against the Baggies…

3. Brandon Williams – £4.3m

A bit of an outside chance considering he hasn’t appeared in the Premier League as yet this term but hear us out. With Luke Shaw injured and Alex Telles having travelled across the world in the international break, we feel local lad Brandon Williams could be set for his first top-flight match this term. If he does, not only do the Baggies’ total of six goals in eight games make it likely he’ll get a clean sheet, but he will not be shy in getting forward to whip dangerous crosses into the box. Could be worth the risk at

2. Mason Greenwood – £7.2M

Another who is not a guaranteed starter but one who we think will get the nod is Mason Greenwood. Anthony Martial is out with an injury and Edinson Cavani will likely start on the bench again following his long international trip. This leaves Solskjaer with just Marcus Rashford and Greenwood as strikers and we feel the English duo will start. Rashford would be the more secure pick but, at £2.4m more than Greenwood, you may want to consider taking the risk. Don’t forget though, the 19-year-old is down as a midfielder on the game.

1. Bruno Fernandes – £10.6m

Although he’s rightfully the most expensive United player on the game, you have to be thinking about putting Bruno Fernandes in if you haven’t already got him. His two goals and assist against Everton last time out took him to 53 points for the season – that’s more than any other Red Devil and the fifth highest scoring midfielder on the game. The Portuguese takes all the set pieces as well so it’s likely that if there’s a goal that it will come from him.
