In the early predictions, Manchester City are leading the way as favourites to dethrone Leicester City– and I’m not sure that I can disagree.
Replacing former manager Manuel Pellegrini with Pep Guardiola is the most likely factor in determining this and his measured possession focused approach should work wonders with this side.

Whilst they looked tired and inconsistent for large parts of last season, new signings IIkay Gundogan and Nolito will refresh the look of the squad and strengthen their attacking options nicely.
However; their only downfall could be their defence, which remains a concern. So if they are to clinch their third title in six years, the Spaniard will have to address this immediately.
