4. Garry Monk
Another outsider, but a possibility, is former Swansea manager Garry Monk.
Despite his success last term with the Swans, they are the only team he has managed so it is yet to be seen if he could adapt to different surroundings.
Additionally, even though he was relatively successful in the Premier League, before his downfall towards the end, the 36-year-old hasn’t managed in the notoriously difficult Football league.
If Monk wants the job though, a man who was praised as one of England’s most talented young bosses just six months ago, should be seriously considered.
