4. Dele Alli (Tottenham)
After signing from MK Dons, nobody expected young midfielder Dele Alli to make the impact he has in such a short time at Tottenham.
The playmaker has already scored three goals and has been one of Spurs’ most impressive and consistent players, despite only being 19.
His performances haven’t just been noticed by us, with Roy Hodgson handing him his senior England debut in October and including him in the squad to face Spain and France.
More recently the teenager showed his maturity and potential in the 1-1 draw against Arsenal at the Emirates.
