2. Eastleigh (National League Premier)

Already bottom of the Championship, Bolton Wanderers came within three minutes of being dumped out of the FA Cup by National League side Eastleigh.

The non-leaguers led due to Dorian Dervite’s own goal just after half time, as the Frenchman turned the ball past his goalkeeper despite being under little pressure.

Wanderers were at full strength, except for Mark Davies and Zach Clough, who the financially troubled club have accepted bids for from Sheffield Wednesday and Bristol City respectively.

But Neil Lennon’s side equalised late in the game when Darren Pratley finished from close range, saving Bolton’s blushes and earning them a second chance at the Macron next week.
