Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich vs Wolfsburg)
Just last month, Bayern Munich were trailing 1-0 to third-placed Wolfsburg and coach, Pep Guardiola, decided to turn to substitute Robert Lewandowski to get his side back into the game.
From kick-off in the second half, it took the striker just six minutes to get his name on the scoresheet, and from then on the Poland international completely turned the game on its head by scoring five goals in just nine minutes, with only nine touches in total.
Goals in the 51st, 52nd, 55th, 57th and 60th minutes completed one of the all-time great super-sub performances, breaking several records in the process.
