2) Sheffield Wednesday
Wednesday are a team that have been steadily improving since their promotion from League One back in 2011/12.
Finishing 18th, 16th and 13th in the years that followed, the Owls are on course to finish in the top half of the Championship table for the first time in seven years.
Many projected a similar fate for the side as in previous seasons but Dejphon Chansiri’s decision to get rid of Stuart Gray and bring in Carlos Carvalhal seems to be working. After 16 games, they find themselves ninth in the league, four points adrift of the play-off places with only one defeat in their last ten matches.
