Tottenham and West Ham United have reportedly made Premier League striker Callum Wilson a surprise summer transfer target, according to the Brentwood Gazette.

The London duo, who currently sit fourth and sixth in the standings respectively, are interested in signing the AFC Bournemouth hitman once the 2015-16 campaign concludes.

The 23-year-old, who is currently sidelined with a serious cruciate ligament injury, scored an impressive five goals in seven league games for the Cherries at the start of this season.

Wilson; who cost Eddie Howe’s club a reported £3m back in July 2014 from Coventry City, played a key part in helping Bournemouth win the Championship title last term, with the former England Under-21 international netting 23 times in all competitions.
